1. The licensee is only to sell tickets for the approved dates in the licence.

2. Ticket purchasers must be in Ontario. Players must be a resident of Canada and an individual at least 18 years of age to purchase. By purchasing tickets, the winner consents to having their name, winning numbers published.

3. The designated members-in-charge, prize donors, and other persons or companies involved in the conduct of the raffle (including insurance companies, legal and accounting firms, call centres, and all registered suppliers) must not purchase tickets.

4. Only one individual’s name is permitted on the ticket. Adult ticket buyers are advised not to submit the name of a person under the age of 18 years on the ticket stub.

5. Ticket sales will end on Aug 21, 2025 at 08:00 PM with the draw taking place at BCC club at 160 Water Street Oakville ON L6J 2Z6 on Aug 21, 2025, 8:30 PM EST

6. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum prize of 2500 CAD

7. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
a. D - 100 for $500.00
b. C - 20 for $120.00
c. B - 5 for $40.00
d. A - 1 for $10.00

8. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchases by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (www.rafflenexus.com). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. There will be no ticket refunds issued.

9. There is no minimum number of tickets that must be sold.

10. Only 1 winning ticket number will be produced.

11. Winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (ACGO) registered ERS Random Number Generator (RNG).

12. The winning prize is a cash prize equal to 50% of the gross sales.

14. Winners will be announced during event. If not present, BCC Board team will contact the winner via email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner’s name will also be posted on the Western Ontario Division newsletter and social media. The winner has 6 months to claim their prize. Any prizes that are not claimed will be secured for a period of 6 months from the date of the draw. If at the end of 6 months, the prize has still not been claimed, the prize/money will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
